1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fx99", "we", "us", "our" — refers to fx99 and its operating entity responsible for providing the platform and services accessible at fx99.io.
• "Platform" — refers to the fx99 website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services, tools, and content available at fx99.io.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fx99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered user account created by a User upon successful completion of the fx99 registration process.
• "Bet" — refers to any wager, stake, or game action placed by a User on the fx99 platform across any product vertical, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and instant games.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or bonus balance credited to a User's account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the User via approved payment methods and available for betting and withdrawal subject to these terms.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to validate a User's identity, age, and payment details.
• "BDT" / "৳" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency denomination used on the fx99 platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fx99 platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any service offered through fx99.io, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the fx99 platform following any update or revision to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. 3 Eligibility

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the fx99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an fx99 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes. fx99 accepts no responsibility for losses or service interruptions arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You must notify fx99 immediately via [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. fx99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4.3 Account Closure by User

You may request the closure of your fx99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal procedures and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements being met.

5 KYC and Identity Verification

fx99 operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in order to confirm the identity and age of all account holders, prevent money laundering, and comply with applicable international gaming standards. By registering an account, you expressly consent to these verification requirements.

5.1 Verification Documents

fx99 may request any or all of the following documents at any stage of your account relationship, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a review trigger:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement, or card front)

5.2 Verification Timeline

fx99 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. fx99 will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of the request will result in account restriction. Accounts that remain unverified beyond 60 days may be closed at fx99's discretion, with deposited funds returned to the original payment method where technically feasible.

6 Deposits

fx99 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within your account cashier at the time of transaction.

6.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your fx99 account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes following confirmed payment gateway receipt. Card deposits are subject to standard payment processing timelines which may vary. fx99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which fx99 accepts no responsibility.

6.2 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made from accounts registered to another individual, regardless of their relationship to you — are strictly prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the fx99 cashier section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered on your account, in order to prevent money laundering.

7.1 Processing Times

fx99 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts requesting withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer due to third-party processing windows. Withdrawals submitted outside of banking hours may experience delays beyond fx99's control.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully complete.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be met or the bonus balance forfeited prior to withdrawal.
• There must be no active investigation, security review, or fraud flag associated with your account.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

9 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the fx99 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product vertical — sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and instant games each carry their own supplementary rules, which are published within the relevant product section of the platform.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

fx99 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation receipt from the platform. Bets placed during system errors, technical faults, or connectivity interruptions may be voided at fx99's discretion.

9.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

Where odds, prices, or game outcomes are published due to a manifest error — including but not limited to typographical errors, system malfunctions, or data feed failures — fx99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Users' accounts. Settlement of bets based on erroneous odds does not confer any right to winnings derived from the error.

9.3 Sports Betting — Match Integrity

Any bet suspected to be linked to match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sporting corruption will be voided. fx99 cooperates fully with sporting governing bodies including the ICC, BCB, and relevant football federations in matters of match integrity. Users with information relating to match fixing are encouraged to report it through appropriate sporting channels.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fx99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Using automated scripts, bots, macros, or any software to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional terms or odds discrepancies.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other multi-player product.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity or using the platform to launder money in any form.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate identity information during registration or KYC processes.

fx99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
